We sell high quality OEM parts. Every part that you purchase from us has a full 90 day manufacturers exchange warranty. The shipping date on the item invoice must not be more than 90 days from the date on the original invoice.

www.cheapapplianceparts.com has a 15 day refund policy with a minimum restocking and handling fee of $5.00. Please call before returning parts. We may be able to resolve any issue over the phone.

We will give a full refund of the purchase price minus a 10% restocking and handling fee. Minimum restocking and handling fee is $5.00.

If an error was made on our part in shipping we will also refund the shipping charges.

We will not issue refunds on electrical parts. We will not issue refunds for bake or broil elements. We can not issue a refund on installed parts. Electrical and all parts ordered from us have a 90 day exchange warranty.



Refunds will not be given for scratched, dented, broken or otherwise damaged items.
