The start relay and run capacitor are both mounted on the side of the compressor. This start relay is used to help start the compressor as a jump start device. Amana Bake / Broil Igniter

This is a genuine OEM bake/broil igniter that is used to ignite the gas burner with its spark electrode. It is the ignition device for the bake or broil setting on your appliance. Amana Condenser Fan Motor

Amana Drain Pump

This drain pump is used for a direct drive washer, meaning the pump is not belt driven, instead the pump is connected directly to the motor shaft. The common symptom that this part has failed is the washer will not pump the water from the tub after the wash cycle has finished. Amana Ice Container Assembly

OEM Part Number – WPW10312300

Refrigerator ice container with auger. This ice container is used to catch and store ice in the freezer that is produced from the icemaker. The auger inside the ice bucket is used to rotate and move the ice cubes forward to the dispenser. The new auger may be made of either metal or plastic depending on which factory produced these genuine OEM parts.

Amana Bake Element

OEM Part Number – WPW10308477

The bake element is located inside the bottom part of the oven. This bake element has (2) flat push-on terminals. Some common symptoms of a bad bake element are, the element will not heat, trips the house circuit breakers when turned on or blows a fuse. always remember to disconnect the electrical power source to your appliance before attempting to repair it. Amana Water Inlet Valve

OEM Part Number – WP2315576

Single water inlet valve. The valve is used to control the flow of water into the icemaker mold, when activated. This part is solenoid operated, when the solenoid is energized the water in the supply line will pass through the valve body and into the icemaker mold. Some symptoms of a water inlet valve that has failed are, leaking water, no water to the icemaker, ice maker won’t make ice. Please remember to unplug or disconnect the electrical power source to your appliance before attempting to repair it. You will also want to make sure and turn off the water source to your fridge before replacing this part.

This heater is used to heat the evaporator during the defrost cycle. The heater is mounted at the bottom of the evaporator in the freezer compartment. Amana Surface Coil Element 6 Inch

OEM Part Number – WP660532

Small surface element. This part is used on an electric range’s cooktop surface for cooking with. This surface element measures 6 inches in diameter with rolled terminal ends. If the element is not heating it can be tested for continuity using a multi-meter. If the surface element shows that it has continuity the part is good, and you will need to test the element terminal and the coil element switch. Remember to disconnect the electricity dedicated to the appliance before replacing this part.
