Condenser Fan Motor

Replacement refrigerator condenser fan motor parts kit comes with the condenser fan motor, a new mounting bracket, fan blade, two screws and foam tape.  This condenser fan motor is located in the back of the refrigerator on the bottom.  It is used to move air across both the condenser and the compressor to help them keep cool.  Some common symptoms of a bad condenser motor are, compressor runs hot, condenser is hot, refrigerator won’t get cold. Please be sure to use your model number while ordering this motor to ensure that these are the correct parts for your specific appliance model.   always remember to unplug or disconnect the electrical power cord to the appliance before attempting to repair it.

Evaporator Fan Motor

This replacement fan motor is 115 volts and is located in the back of the freezer section of your refrigerator.  The evaporator motor does not come with a fan new fan, you will need to transfer the fan from your old evaporator motor shaft to the new motor shaft.  This part is used to circulate air over the refrigerator coils which converts the heat from the coils into cold air that is then circulated throughout the refrigerator by the spinning fan blade.  Some common complaints of a bad evaporator fan motor are, noises from the freezer, fridge is warm, freezer is warm.  Please unplug your appliance before making this repair.

Run Capacitor

Part Number – 5304464438

This run capacitor is mounted on the side of the refrigerator compressor.  It is used to help the compressor kick on and off keeping the refrigerator and freezer compartments at a constant ideal temperature.  If your run capacitor is bad you might notice the fridge is warm, freezer is warm, fridge is noisy or the compressor won’t start.  Please remember to unplug your appliance before attempting to replace this part.

Defrost Heater

This heater is used to heat the evaporator during the defrost cycle.  The heater is mounted at the bottom of the evaporator.  When replacing the defrost heater the thermostat should also be replaced.  The most common symptoms of a defrost heater that has failed are, the fridge is warm, the freezer is warm, the freezer does not defrost, no ice cubes are being produced.  Always remember to unplug the appliance before replacing any parts.  Please be sure to use your model number to insure that this is the correct part for your specific brand and model.

Ice Maker Kit

Replacement ice maker kit used on many models of Electrolux refrigerators manufactured from 2001 to the present.  This icemaker kit included the following parts, the icemaker with an (8) crescent shape ice cube tray, the inlet water valve, a white ice bucket, water fill tube harness, hardware for mounting and the installation instructions.  Please enter your model number to insure that this part will work on your particular appliance model.  Remember to unplug or disconnect the electrical power source to your refrigerator before attempting to remove or replace any parts.

Defrost Thermostat

This defrost thermostat is located on the back wall of the freezer compartment of the refrigerator.  The thermostat is used to control the temperature rise in the freezer section during the defrost cycle.  If you have noticed your fridge/freezer is too warm, too cold, frost is building up or your appliance is not running, you may need to replace this part.  Please unplug your fridge before making this repair.

Ice Maker

This genuine OEM icemaker mounts on the wall in the freezer section of the refrigerator.  The icemaker comes with the wire harness and cover and has an (8) radius ice cube mold.  Please use your model number to insure that this ice maker is the correct replacement for your specific fridge.  Remember to always unplug your appliance before attempting to replace any parts.

Water Inlet Valve

Part Number – 218470300

This water inlet valve comes with a mounting bracket and is located on the back of the refrigerator on the bottom.  The water valve is used to supply water for the icemaker.  Some common symptoms that the water valve has failed are, the icemaker is not making ice, the icemaker tray won’t fill with water.  Be sure to unplug your fridge and turn the water source off before you replace this part.

Evaporator Fan Blade

The evaporator fan blade is used in conjunction with the evaporator motor.  If you have noticed that your refrigerator is warm, chirping or squalling noises coming from the freezer section this part may need to be replaced.  Please be sure to use the model number on your appliance when ordering this part, to be sure that this is the correct replacement part for your particular model.
