Electrolux Condenser Fan Motor

Condenser fan motor part kit.  This replacement kit comes with the fan motor, a new mounting bracket, fan blade, two screws and foam tape.  The condenser fan motor is located in the back of the appliance on the bottom.  It is used to move air across both the condenser and the compressor to help them keep cool.  Some common symptoms of a bad condenser motor are, compressor runs hot, condenser is hot, refrigerator won’t get cold. Electrolux Evaporator Fan Motor

The replacement fan motor is 115 volts and is located in the back of the freezer section of your refrigerator.  This OEM evaporator motor does not come with a new fan, you will need to transfer the fan from your old evaporator motor shaft to the new motor shaft.  This part is used to circulate air over the refrigerator coils which converts the heat from the coils into cold air that is then circulated throughout the refrigerator by the spinning fan blade.  Some common complaints of a bad evaporator fan motor are, noises from the freezer, fridge is warm, freezer is warm.  Please unplug your appliance before making this repair.

The run capacitor is mounted on the side of the refrigerator compressor.  It is used to help the compressor kick on and off keeping the refrigerator and freezer compartments at a constant ideal temperature.  If your run capacitor is bad you might notice the fridge is warm, freezer is warm, fridge is noisy or the compressor won’t start.  Please remember to unplug your appliance before attempting to replace this part.

Electrolux Defrost Heater

This heater is used to heat the evaporator during the defrost cycle.  The heater is mounted at the bottom of the evaporator.  When replacing the defrost heater the thermostat should also be replaced.  The most common symptoms of a defrost heater that has failed are, the fridge is warm, the freezer is warm, the freezer does not defrost, no ice cubes are being produced.  Always remember to unplug the appliance before replacing any parts.  Please be sure to use your model number to ensure that this is the correct OEM part for your specific brand and model.

Electrolux Ice Maker Kit

Electrolux Water Inlet Valve

This is an authentic OEM replacement water inlet valve that comes with a mounting bracket and is located on the back of the refrigerator on the bottom.  The water valve is used to supply water for the icemaker.  Some common symptoms that the water valve has failed are, the icemaker is not making ice, the icemaker tray won’t fill with water.  Be sure to unplug your fridge and turn the water source off before you replace this part.
