Refrigerator Condenser Fan Motor

This condenser fan motor part kit is used on some Electrolux brand refrigerators to move air across the fridge’s condenser and compressor to help them keep cool. The parts kit comes with the condenser fan motor, a new mounting bracket, fan blade, two screws and foam tape. This replacement part is located in the back of the refrigerator at the bottom. Some common symptoms of a bad fan motor are, compressor runs hot, condenser is hot, refrigerator won’t get cold. Please be sure to use your model number while ordering this motor to ensure that these are the correct parts for your particular fridge. Run Capacitor

This run capacitor is located on the side of the refrigerator’s compressor. Evaporator Fan Motor

This evaporator fan motor is 115 volts and is located in the back of the freezer section of your refrigerator. The evaporator motor does not come with a fan. You will need to transfer the fan from your old evaporator motor shaft to the new motor shaft. This part is used to circulate air over the refrigerator coils which converts the heat from the coils into cold air that is then circulated throughout the refrigerator by the spinning fan blade. Refrigerator Defrost Heater

This heater is used to heat the refrigerator’s evaporator during the defrost cycle. The heater is mounted at the bottom of the evaporator. When replacing the defrost heater the thermostat should be replaced as well. The most common symptoms of a heater that has failed are, the fridge is warm, the freezer is warm, the fridge/freezer does not defrost, no ice cubes. Defrost Thermostat

The defrost thermostat is used to control the temperature rise in the freezer section during the defrost cycle. Water Inlet Valve
