This drum bearing part kit is used on some Hotpoint gas and electric dryers to support the rear of the drum to the back part of the dryer. This genuine OEM parts kit includes (1) drum bearing (1) shaft assembly (1) bearing retainer (1) grounding strap bracket and (7) screws. The drum will need to be removed from the dryer to remove the old parts and replace them. We suggest wearing gloves while making this repair, to protect your hands from sharp unfinished metal edges inside of the appliance.
