This washer motor coupler parts kit is used for some beltless direct drive washers. The coupler is a three-piece component, consisting of (2) drive plates and (1) rubber bushing. These OEM replacement parts are the new and improved version of the older style coupler, both of the drive plates have an added metal shaft sleeve for extra durability. The motor coupler is used between the washer motor and the transmission.
